(We Are) Mum Run Waiver Please read carefully before participating in any (We Are) Mum Run event. I understand that running requires a base level of fitness and I am solely responsible for running within my own capabilities. I am in good health and have a sufficient level of fitness to participate in any (We are) Mum Run event. I will not participate if I am experiencing any symptoms of an illness that could be transmitted to others. I acknowledge that running carries inherent risks of injury and death, especially on roads. I am solely responsible for holding personal injury or death insurance for my participation. I understand that the organisers of (We are) Mum Run are not liable for any injury or death arising from my participation, including without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission, breach of duty, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty on the part of (We are) Mum Run, its officers, employees, representatives, organisers and agent. I agree to indemnify the organisers against any claims, losses, or damages arising from my participation. The organisers have the right to remove me from a run or event based on my behaviour, fitness, or health. I understand it is my responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological limitations that may prevent me from participating in an activity. I acknowledge that my participation in (We are) Mum Run Club activities is voluntary and done at my own risk. I consent to (We are) Mum Run and it's officers using my personal information for marketing and newsletters. (We are) Mum Run will never share your information with other organisations without your express consent.
