This program is designed for women embarking on their fitness journey, or returning to fitness after a period of inactivity. It provides a structured approach to eliminate guesswork and keep you motivated.

We begin with bodyweight exercises to establish a strong foundation and gradually progress to workouts incorporating minimal equipment as you gain strength.

About Tilli

As the founder of Tilli Conias Fitness (TC:F) and a passionate fitness coach, my purpose is helping people reach their health and wellness goals. Your 6-Week program is broken up into 3 x 2 week Blocks. It looks a little something like this…

BLOCK 1 : Weeks 1 & 2 - Body Weight

3 x full-body workouts, under 25mins, no equipment. The first week we will complete 2 rounds with the next week stepping it up to 3 rounds using the same workouts.

BLOCK 2 : Weeks 3 & 4 - Introducing Weights

Same format as above with 3 new workouts that introduce light weights and resistance bands. As above you will complete two rounds in week 3 and three rounds in week 4.

BLOCK 3 : Weeks 5 & 6 - Gaining Confidence

A set of 3 new workouts that begin to piece together everything you’ve learnt over the first four weeks. This is where you will find yourself overcoming any trepidations about fitness and start to get into a groove.
