What is TC:F?

It’s about bringing the experience my in-person clients receive to an affordable and accessible app based platform.

I believe the main thing that keeps my loyal clients coming back is the energy they get from workout out with me. My methods are based on proven models of success which lead to tremendous results. So… how do I inject the personal touch when the workouts are pre-recorded? It begins with me doing them from start to finish, providing advice, tips, and the odd story or two to keep you engaged. From start to finish, no excuses, we will get it done together.

How does it work?

TC:F offers continual programming. This means you never have to guess about what to do next, it is always planned out for you.

Every 3 weeks I’ll be releasing a new “Block” that comes with 3 full-length workouts ranging from 15-30 mins in length. The aim is to complete these workouts each week for the 3 weeks. Work through the progressions and regressions and watch yourself get stronger. Then move onto the next Block with a new set of challenges.

You will retain access to all previous workouts, and there is a helpful ‘Categories’ feature where all workouts are ordered under helpful tabs (i.e. 10 - 25mins, Low Impact & Bodyweight etc).

You will get access to the TC:F Community Chat with all of the amazing women on the journey with you! Ask any questions, connect with other women on their journey, or let me know if you need any help with any exercises/workouts/life. I am very active in there and will always respond within 24hrs.

Simple Workouts

Nothing complicated, just full-length, 15-30min full-body workouts, with scaling for all fitness levels. Follow along with me as we strengthen our whole bodies together. Something you’ll learn about me as we workout together, I have a hard time counting reps whilst doing the workouts. So… do as I do, not as I say.

Minimal Equipment

No complicated equipment list. A mat, resistance bands, and some dumbbells… that’s it. Use your household items like chairs and tables to assist on certain exercises.

Convenient Format

Receive a new Block every 3 weeks. Each Block comes with 3 x full-length workouts. Complete those workouts each week, for 3 weeks. Dig into a growing library of supporting videos and always feel free to revisit previous workouts. All available on dedicated Apple and Android apps.

  • TC:F is an app based fitness program for women. Founded by (me) Tilli Conias, a personal trainer based in Brisbane, Australia.

    TC:F offers continual programming. Every 3 weeks I release a new Block of 3 full-length video workouts. There's a library of mobility and warm-up routines as well as full access to all previous block's content. I provide the structure and give you a guide to keep you on track and to get the most out of your fitness journey. There's the TC:F Community Chat of wonder-women to help keep you motivated and answer any questions you may have.

  • TC:F offers continual programming. That means there is no end, and no guessing what to do next. Follow my Block structure to take control of your fitness journey week to week, and dive into the categories feature to find your favourites.

    We film the workouts from start to finish. I believe the best way to help you stay committed is that we do it together. It's easy to skip a rep or set if you don't have someone there keeping you accountable. Just press play on the recording and follow along with me. Do as I do (not as I say), as I am shocking at keeping count 😜.

  • The TC:F aims to be inclusive for all women wanting help on their fitness journey. I provide options for those just starting out and progressions for when you feel yourself getting stronger. Send me any questions you have in the TC:F Community Chat about any of the exercises or workouts.

    The only requirement is that you're seriously committed to unlocking the best versions of yourself.

  • Very little! Ideally before you start you will want to get a light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells based on where you're at. A set of resistance bands are used in many of the workouts and I suggest getting yourself a quality yoga mat. I use a bench at times but this can be replicated with chairs, couches or other surfaces you have in your home.

  • YES! You will get access to the TC:F Nutrition 101 Guide which was put together with the help of Nutrition & Dietician Sophie Rindfleish. The aim of the guide is to demystify nutrition by covering the basics and delivering easy to understand information. It will help you build health eating habits and how to approach nutrition prom a practical stand point. There's delicious recipes to get you started including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner!

  • New workouts released every 3 weeks and full access to all previous content. You will also be invited to all the TC:F Community Chat, a group of beautiful women to help keep you motivated and answer any questions you may have. I am super active in there so you get a chance to chat with me directly. Also don't forget about the TC:F Nutrition 101 Guide.
