What is TC:F Online?

It’s about bringing the experience my in-person clients receive to an affordable and accessible online platform.

I believe the main thing that keeps my loyal clients coming back is my energy. My methods are based on proven models of success which lead to tremendous results. But, it’s the added lift they get from training with me that they can’t get anywhere else.

So… how do I recreate the personal touch at a distance? It begins with me doing the workouts right alongside with you. From start to finish, no excuses, we will get it done together.

How does it work?

I believe in training full-body workouts at all times to get it moving the way it should, and get your whole self feeling powerful!

Every 3 weeks I’ll be releasing a new “Block” that comes with 3 full-length workouts ranging from 15-30 mins in length. The aim is to complete these workouts each week for the 3 weeks. Work through the progressions and regressions and watch yourself get stronger. Then… we do it all again!

You will be able to access my program via the TC:F Apple and Android apps. All paying subscribers will receive my entire library with every single Block, at no extra cost. This way, you can dive back into your favourite TC:F Workouts whenever you want.

You will get access to the TC:F community channels with all of the amazing people on the journey with you! Find your tribe who will help support and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

Simple Workouts

Nothing complicated, just full-length, 15-30min full-body workouts, with scaling for all fitness levels. Follow along with me as we strengthen our whole bodies together. Something you’ll learn about me as we workout together, I have a hard time counting reps whilst doing the workouts. So… do as I do, not as I say.

Minimal Equipment

No complicated equipment list. A mat, resistance bands, and some dumbbells… that’s it. Use your household items like chairs and tables to assist on certain exercises.

Convenient Format

Receive a new Block every 3 weeks. Each Block comes with 3 x full-length workouts. Complete those workouts each week, for 3 weeks. Then, we do it all again! Dig into a growing library of supporting videos and always feel free to revisit previous workouts. All available on dedicated Apple and Android apps.

  • Every 3 weeks I release a new program of 3 full length video workouts. There's a library of mobility and warm-up routines as well as full access to all previous block's content. I provide the structure and give you a guide to keep you on track and to get the most out of your fitness journey. There's the TC:F community chat of wonder-women to help keep you motivated and answer any questions you may have.

  • I do the workouts from start to finish with you. I believe the best way to keep my tribe committed on their journey is to suffer with them. It's easy to skip a rep or set if you don't have someone there keeping you accountable. Just press play on the recording and follow along with me. Do as I do (not as I say), as I am shocking at keeping count 😜.

  • The TC:F program doesn't exclude anyone. I provide options for those just starting out and progressions for when you feel yourself getting stronger. The only requirement is that you're seriously committed to unlocking the best versions of yourself. The aim is to get results, and we won't get there by going easy on ourselves. If we want to improve, we have to work hard at it.

  • Very little! Ideally before you start you will want to get a light, medium and heavy set of dumbbells based on where you're at. A set of resistance bands are used in many of the workouts and I suggest getting yourself a quality yoga mat. I use a bench at times but this can be replicated with chairs, couches or other surfaces you have in your home.

  • New workouts released every 3 weeks and full access to all previous month's content. You will also be invited to all of the TC:F Tribe chats, a group of beautiful people and other subscribers to help keep you motivated and answer any questions you may have. I am super active in there so you get a chance to chat with me directly.

  • Search the Google or Apple App stores for “TC:F” to find the app. You can purchase a plan via the links on this page and you will be sent an email with direct links to download. Login with the same email you used to purchase the membership and email info@tilliconias.com.au if you have any issues.
